Counselling

One-to-one counselling for stress, grief, relationship conflict and life pressure.

This is structured, confidential support for individuals navigating:

  • Stress, anxiety or burnout

  • Grief, loss or significant life change

  • Relationship conflict or communication difficulties

  • Anger, emotional withdrawal or feeling shutdown

  • Work pressure spilling into home life

  • Financial strain affecting mood, sleep or relationships

  • Identity shifts, confidence loss or major transitions

Sessions focus on emotional steadiness, clarity of thinking and rebuilding internal balance.

My approach blends person-centred counselling and mindfulness-based therapies with lived experience in leadership and responsibility.

It is measured, practical work.
