Counselling and Therapy: Providing therapeutic support to the participant (and sometimes their family/carers) to address emotional distress, anxiety, depression, adjustment to disability, grief, and other psychosocial challenges.

Mens Mental Health Counselling
Confidential one-to-one counselling for men navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, financial pressure or significant life changes. Sessions provide a respectful, non-judgemental space to talk openly, understand what’s happening and develop practical ways to move forward.

Standard Counselling Consult
These one-to-one counselling sessions provide a confidential space to work through stress, pressure and personal challenges. Scott takes a grounded, direct approach, helping you stabilise pressure, gain clarity and move forward with steadiness.
Sessions may focus on stress, financial pressure, relationships, grief, leadership challenges and sustained responsibility.
